San Diego Death Talk - July 25 - Speaker/Presentation TBA Thursday, July 25, 2019 12:45 PM

San Diego Death Talk

Speaker/Presentation TBA

DEATH TALK serves as a space for people who are curious about end-of-life care rights, dying, and death. We want to educate and empower individuals to make informed end-of-life plans.

Facilitated by volunteers of Compassion & Choices, C&C encourages conversations about California's End of Life Option Act (medical aid in dying), voluntary stopping of eating and drinking (VSED), hospice and palliative care, and access to your full range of end-of-life care options.

Guidelines: Respect those who are speaking; allow the person to finish their thought and refrain from interrupting; allow for all members to participate. If you are someone who feels comfortable speaking in large groups, make space for others to share; voice concerns about the group dynamic to the leader at the end of the meeting.

We will not tolerate: raised voices, bullying or abusive comments, interruptions.
