First produced for sale in the 2004 model year, two upgrades since the in 2008 and 2012,  both of which are reflected in the photos below.  To me, the Rapide takes this design one more step toward perfect by being longer and more symmetrical, but some don't share my conviction and the two are too similar to have separate spots on this list.
